CUSTOMER SERVICE NATUROPATH

We need a Customer Service Naturopath to provide telephone support for trade and consumer enquiries across the Integria brands including Thompson's, and independent brand product ranges which we distribute. You will also be entering customer orders into our order system.

You will also be called upon to undertake other naturopathic activities from time to time including marking training courses, and doing product training presentations with both customers and staff. Career progression opportunities exist in the organisation.

As well as a naturopathic qualification you need to have a pleasant telephone manner, good computer skills and a desire to offer great customer service. You will be part of a small friendly team in NZ's leading natural health company based at Mairangi Bay in North Shore City.
